Here is our policy on refund, return, cancellation and shipping policies
NO CASH REFUND
Store credit or Exchange Accepted
You can return items purchased via online, delivery, or shipped once the items are in their original state when purchased, unused condition for a full refund of their merchandise value. We accept returns within 24 hours of the original purchase date. Return on your card will take up to 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
Items that have been cancelled before shipping has been processed can have a full refund with shipping and taxes included. Items that have already been shipped and you would like to return you must notify us within 24 hours in order to have a full refund and once items are not damaged and in its original state when returned.
Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
However, in the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you have received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately by email or telephone. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us; we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise as long as the item is returned within 24 hours in its original state.
